Or even better, distracting yourself by getting active When your blood is pumping endorphins all around your body, the last thing on your mind will be a cookie, French fries, or some other naughty treat. Staying healthy is all about achieving a balance and staying positive about your ability to achieve whatever new health goals you have set for yourself. You can do it

My eating and exercise habits have regressed to pre-57 pounds lost and I donapos;t know if i have the strength to summon the willpower. I know i should start going to weight loss classes again but i always find some excuse - like iapos;m too tired, or my dogs canapos;t be alone for 14 hours, or ... Or ... Or ...

i can already tell the xanax/paxil is fucking with something cause i am constantly ravenous in a low blood sugar way. Even after i eat ... Time to fucking replan EVERYTHING I put in my mouth. I know i donapos;t have the capacity to really exercise yet so tonight i will buy lots of fruits and veggies and just eat that when iapos;m feeling ravenous. Iapos;m just so unbalanced right now, I donapos;t want to fail....
